We have to let the classes finish out. We were 8 and 9 the last two years. Many posters here want more than that, so we donated money to help raise half a million dollars for new recruiting staffers who were hired 8 months ago. We aren't going to see the benefits, if any, until the next cycle. Coach has been asking for help with recruiting for a while now, he's finally getting some resources.

That is a good point. There’s so many areas where we’re behind in the arms race it’s hard to keep up with them all.
