Hughes net is good for a situation like that.
I have several customers in the business I do who use it due to no ISP. They usually get the business account to allow for more data.
It's like 70/month for 10gig. The one main downside is amount of data

ViaSat mine runs around 20 mb/s on the top end. Averages around 11 mb/s. It’s unlimted but after 35 gigabytes they “prioritize” you, but very rarely see it go below 2 mb/s after I reach the 35 cap. It runs about $100 per month after the promotional period of 3 months.
