I noticed that, too. JT's quick release is an equalizer to his height limitation. DL's don't have time to get a hand up. His short stature can be an advantage, too, in that he's hard to find back there behind the OL.That JT pass to Smelter at the end of the video is really impressive. It was low but the defenders up front didn't have the reaction time to swat it down and the ball was put right where only Smelter could catch it.
