Not really surprising, it was a tough decision to make. They're up to their eyeballs in scandals and Petrino's buyout was huge. I have no idea where they found the money to fire him. They already owe so much to other parties.

Jeff Brohm of Purdue will get a call from Loserville this week. He's their #1 candidate for the head football coaching job and he will leave Purdue to coach Loserville. If i were Brohm i would stay at Purdue because Loserville will be lucky to go 2-10 in 2019.

Brian Brohm OC Purdue

Chip Long OC Notre Dame

Luke Fickell head coach Cincinnati

Ryan Day assistant coach at Ohio State(He was interim head coach for 3 games this season)

I'm not sure what you're getting at here. Petrino's been a damn good coach over his career hasn't he? Do I want him at Tech? No, not for me, but he definitely ain't no bum.

Colorado? I thought they were doing much better since GT alum McIntyre took the reins. Until he got there, it was all they could do to win a game and not go winless for the season.

Wow, they just fired him. They were arguably the worst power 5 team for many years when he took over, now he gets fired when they are 5-5.

This likely has more to do with his handling of a domestic violence incident recently.
