The point is the threat of a pass not offensive play calling in and of itself. Accuracy or the lack there of totally took the threat away and good athletic teams can and did fill the box and gamble that we arent/weren't going to hit 60% of the time we do/did throw. If we have an accurate passing game Ga nor Duke ( or Virginia for that matter) puts 8 in the box every play - which is why the option looks bad against the big and fast teams

I wish i could see GT be able to accurately throw the ball more than they are currently doing

Why are people so fascinated with this?

Our offense is best when we throw no more than about 6-8 times. We’ve won several games with less than that.

Just need someone that can hit the occasional wide open A back and throw a nice comeback to a one-on-one WR on 3rd down.

Our O-Line isn’t very effective pass blocking. Why do you want to force them into something they aren’t particularly good at?

I think we’ve got to be a double threat & keep teams honest ! I think that’s why Justin Thomas was so good
