PA Announcer

Does anyone know who is our current PA announcer at BDS? Searching I could only find that it used to be John Pendergast. It looks like Tim Hanchey with the Falcons filled in occasionally. The guy that they had for the JSU game was terrible and called us "Georgia State" a few times.

Being called Georgia State puts being called GEORGIA TECH UNIVERSITY into perspective.

He also had problems calling first downs and yard line spots at times. Assume it is someone very new to making the announcments.

He said "first and ten" when we were inside the five yard line. I thought he was poking fun at the announcer from MBS.

Might have been... just too many other "errors" along the way for me to give him the benefit of the doubt.
