offense question

I am a newbie here so please dont flame me too bad.

I have a question about the triple option offense. Is that something GT & CPJ will move from or is that his offense and thats it, no questions asked.

I only ask b/c it seems Vad fit other offenses better and it would make sense to a)recruit players that fit it or b) tweak it fit your players.
I was wondering why they don't run something like AU is doing.
I have somoene close that just got there so I will be around for the next 4-5 years and don't know much about GT.
