2008 BC game is underrated in my opinion. First ACC game for CPJ, on the road in Chestnut Hill, with 3 lost fumbles in the game. Down 6 going into the 4th quarter, we sack the BC quarterback for a safety and Dwyer scores on a long run 4 plays later to win 19-16. One forgotten key to that win was Paul calling a timeout just before the BC kicker made a field goal to end the 1st half. On the second attempt their kicker missed it, and that 3 point swing ended up being the difference in the game.

Another memorable game against BC was the 2016 game in Ireland, which is one of my favorite Tech games ever. Just when it looked like all hope was lost, down 10-14 with less than 3 minutes left in the game, Justin Thomas completes a 22 yard pass to Qua Searcy on 4th & 19 to extend the drive and true freshman Dedrick Mills finishes it off for the winning score. The whole trip was unforgettable, but that win was definitely the cherry on top.

1. Ugag 2014 (best game I've ever seen, most excited I've been watching football)
2. Ugag 2008
3. VT 2009
4. FSU 2009
5. ACCCG 2009 (would be higher if not for the loss to Ugag the week before, keeps it from being as epic as it should've been - freakin' Ugag cheaters twisting Nesbitt's leg?!!!!)
6. Clemson 2011
7. WF 2009
8. FSU 2008
9. Ugag 2016 (this should probably be higher, every win over Ugag is special, and the way this one happened made it even more so)
10. Clemson 2009
11. OB 2014
12. Miami 2008
13. Miami 2014
14. Clemson 2008
15. FSU 2015 (this was a very cool game, but it's hard to be super special when it doesn't mean much due to that down season)
16. MSU 2008 (the day the offense broke out)
17. UK 2016
18. USC 2012
19. Kansas 2011
20. VT 2014
21. VT 2016
22. Miami 2018
23. UVA 2018 (great last senior day for CPJ)
24. MSU 2009
25. Pitt 2014 (the turnaround game)

It’s amazing how many great games there were and how unappreciated so many still are in spite of it.

My #1 was uga 2008. We were down so big just before halftime it wasn’t looking pretty. Then we scored and when the 2nd half started we just kept on scoring. The game got out of hand for them and the final score made it look closer than it really was.

Only the 2nd beat down I’ve seen us put on the mutts in person, I watched 1990 on tv. I’ve seen some great GT football and a lot of that great occurred under CPJ and O’Leary.
