We will see how this shakes out, but working our way through the 4th Q Pitt just seems to be unable to get separation from UWV..

10 minutes to go and Narduzzi is looking more like the guys who whines about a handshake than the coach of #17

Pitt looks exactly like what we thought they would this year. They are heavily reliant on good line play on both sides of the ball. Slovis was not at all impressive and he and Mumpfield couldn't get on the same page the whole night until their last drive. Their safeties are going to get in a lot of trouble this year if they keep recklessly trying for the big hit like we saw all last night. It's only game one, but I wasn't surprised at all by Pitt's performance and strategy.

Also, shout out to the Pitt fans who showed up for the game. First time they ever gave the team a "home field advantage" though I wouldn't be surprised if it is the last.
