Thanks for the clarification....not sure what I was thinking...exceptSC kept the ball, the pick stood. Penalty was enforced and SC didn't get the pick 6 and ended up not scoring on the drive.

WelcomeIs that what it was? Or did the SEC need the higher profile team to win?
Hey, we've seen SEC refs first hand. I now believe all conspiracy theories related to that league fixing games.
Very depressing.Kyle Kennard: The Best DE in College Football and the Anchor of the Gamecocks' Elite D-Line
In a season defined by defensive dominance, no player has made a bigger impact than South Carolina’s Kyle Kennard. The Georgia Tech transfer has emerged as thewww.si.com
Kyle Kennard, Jared Ivey, Akelo Stone, Eddie Kelly, Demetrius Knight. All starting or playing a ton for SEC teams.
Mizzou.Where did Eddie Kelly end up?
Missouri. Cut on the Vandy game the other night right as he made a big sack/TFL late in the game.Where did Eddie Kelly end up?
Knight's bio says he graduated from GT. Good for him. Wish he was here. Letting him get away was not good for us in spite his graduationKyle Kennard, Jared Ivey, Akelo Stone, Eddie Kelly, Demetrius Knight. All starting or playing a ton for SEC teams.
That extra covid year created 6 year players and grad school opportunity. Throw NIL in with the very liberal transfer portal plus no NCAA oversight, what else should we expect.Kyle Kennard, Jared Ivey, Akelo Stone, Eddie Kelly, Demetrius Knight. All starting or playing a ton for SEC teams.
Wrong. We lost those guys because our NIL program was not up and running at that time. Once again, GT was slow to react to a changing landscape. We now have a viable NIL system. Now, sure, we could lose any player at any time just like we lost Leary last week. But to make a blanket statement like you did isn’t being true to the time. South Carolina had their NIL program ready to go while GT did not so the player took the money offered. GT will be able to hold on to more guys now. The problem is we’ll never really know who we were able to keep but we’ll always see the guys we lose.Any player that shows eliteness at GT will probably leave for NIL money their junior/senior year. This is just the NIL landscape. People should accept it for what it is now. We would need a lot of cash to even be average in CFB right now.

Key better build that culture of toughness during players’ freshman years so we get some benefit from it.Any player that shows eliteness at GT will probably leave for NIL money their junior/senior year.
