The most disturbing thing about this whole story is this: How is a guy who has already been indicted in the drive-by shooting of a mother of 4 children walking free? This story implies he was at his home when he was arrested on this new charge. I thought after the drive-by shooting he would have been locked up until trial and then put away forever or possibly put on death row.

I think it goes beyond that. The term "stupid" is morally neutral. This guy is reprehensible.

He was under house arrest. The system fail once again.
