On the television replay I did not see the front view of Jalen's toe coming down first in bounds. From the rear view, it looks like a no catch but yes, he was robbed. Very close call but the front view settles it for me. In fact, I changed my vote when I looked at the play again.

I agree. I do think it's really hard to tell though. If it was ruled a catch I think it would have stood.
