They were very well prepared for us. I know that there has been talk about a specialist for stopping the option.

First! We got whipped on the perimeter! This has been a concern for most on the board. It happened. To many young players.

Second! They were the more physical team! More athletic!

Third! The scheme they used you can see on most Friday nights at a local high school. They used an odd front (3-3-5) at times and they bumped there secondary at other time.

Bottom line! We got out executed and out athleted.

I don't think that Paul Johnson gets out coached often!

I can think of two other times, perhaps three---LSU and Iowa, and perhaps BYU.

During the game, I got a "this feels like the BYU game" feel. We were just getting whipped on O and couldn't hold them back forever on D.
