Similar thing with Memphis apparently too. Justin Fuente and Mike Norvell were pretty successful at Memphis and then have just done terribly at their subsequent jobs.Satterfield at Louisville was also App State's HC and so was Drinkowitz at Mizzou. Drink maybe needs some more time but neither have looked very good. There's something about App State that's bigger than coaches because the school keeps winning and the coaches who move on don't.
So we need to take their AD too?Satterfield at Louisville was also App State's HC and so was Drinkowitz at Mizzou. Drink maybe needs some more time but neither have looked very good. Collins is part of the Saban coaching treeGo to the Saban or Smart coaching tree.
Yes, please! Wide open triple optionJamey Chadwell
LOL you talk to them whenever you want through their agent.can't talk to a coach coaching till after the season
Is he though?Collins is part of the Saban coaching tree
So is Key. Those are our two worst coaches, the HC and assistant HC. Horrible.Collins is part of the Saban coaching tree
Dear god noJamey Chadwell
Not sure how you can rationalize the disappointment in how poorly the oline has performed under Key. No matter how young, inexperienced or any other excuse, the oline under Key has been abysmal. Whether he is a Tech man or not, or whether he comes from the Saban pool, he grades an F for performance. Will not miss him when he is gone.So is Key. Those are our two worst coaches, the HC and assistant HC. Horrible.
Completely agree. The Institute didn't back CPJ when he needed it the most and this is the result that we are reaping. All these guys you are talking about are not in a million years going to waste their G6 success --> leap to P5 on a program with no resources or institutional support like Georgia Tech.
