Game day motivation can be a big factor if teams are in the same ballpark talent wise.

I guess so. It’s just I can’t imagine not being fully jazzed up every time running out of that tunnel on game day.

I think the up tempo offense will be fine. We have linemen, not much experience maybe but we have people. Experience doesn't mean everything. Think about Clemson's qb winning as a freshman and Alabama with Tua.. sometimes you need the young guys to come in and make a difference

Slotting in one very talented freshman to an experienced group is very different than having an entire offense who is running something that different from what they have been doing. Some will pick things up faster than others and the timing/ coordination may suffer from guys being on a different page. I expect some things to go very well and others not. We will likely be very inconsistent at least early on.

There is jazzed up and then there is being over the top. You can't get to that level every week.....hell, it is hard enough to be "up" every week....why a Clemp can lose to a Cuse or a Pitt once in a while.
