Former Alabama WR Antonio Carter is suing Lane Kiffin and Florida Atlantic University. He said Lane Kiffin promised him a an assistant's job on his coaching staff because of his relationship with a certain recruit. He failed a background test and said Lane Kiffin and Florida Atlantic University lied to him.

Lane Kiffin is a scumbag but i have to side with him and Florida Atlantic University because you can't hire a guy who fails a background check. Would you want someone who couldn't pass a background check coaching kids on the football team?
