For those not yet aware, Engineer's Bookstore recently closed.

Now there is a public fight to preserve the building against a proposed gas station + convenience store.

Holy crap...of all the development and businesses looking to move into that area, who in their right mind though maximizing that piece of land with a gas station was a good thing?!
