Duke QB broken collarbone? Heard from Jamal Golden on twitter

    Jamal golden had a tweet saying duke QB got a broken collarbone today. Is this true?

    Yes. Wasn't exactly sure of the exact injury when I saw on ESPN3 but I caught a glimpse of Boone heading to the locker room. He didn't have his pads on and was holding one of his arms really close to his body. Whatever it was, I just assumed it looked serious enough where I didn't think he'd be able to play next week.

    You do realize we are talking about Duke right?

    Okay on a serious note there will be some drop off but not sure how much cause I haven't watched any of their games... We should handle them pretty easily though.

    I didn't think they'd be too much of a problem either way, but that's also what I thought about UVA a few years ago when the beat us, so yeah. Hopefully the defense can keep him on his back most of the afternoon, or you know the offense could score 1000 points. Either way works for me.

    Yep, stats wise I don't see a dropoff. He may actually be a tad better IMO.
