Baylor Head Coach Matt Rhule confirms that two players have been suspended amid sexual assault allegations. It sounds like things haven't changed at Baylor.

Florida State WR Da'Vante Phillips has quit the team. He was suspended last August after being slapped with five felony charges. He had four counts of cashing or depositing items with intent to defraud and one count of grand theft.
