Not sure I understand your disagreement here? He got his first shot as a HC at FSU, and had been in the conference for a decade before 2018.

I suppose you could say he is an SEC dude based on his time at Auburn / LSU and now Texas A&M, but it seems a stretch given he made his bones down at FSU.
