Morgan, for sure. Henderson was certainly productive, but I’d put him just a notch below.

Greg Gathers was the best pash-rushing end we've had since I became associated with Tech (mid 80's). Best overall DE in that time is Derrick Morgan. That being said, we've had a bunch of really good DE's.

Tony was really good, but Derrick did it all and as a true freshman. Greg still holds the Tech sack record, and he only played 3 years.

Close, Marco played OLB in O'Leary's scheme.

O'Leary moved him around. Sometimes he played with a hand on the ground and sometimes he was standing up. He was versatile enough to play DE or OLB, and there's not that much difference in a WDE and OLB in a lot of schemes.

He was my all time favorite defensive player even before we hired him We've had some good LBs over the years too. We'll have some good ones in the years to come. Looking forward to getting back to that.

you're right. I forgot Jeremiah got a half-sack to pass Greg. Still, 3 versus 4 years.

He went off against the Dawgs in ‘13, had 4 sacks, and passed Gathers. Incredible effort in a game we never should’ve lost.

In terms of Raw Ability Derrick Morgan is the best I’ve ever seen, But I’m only 20.
