Strictly speaking about X's and O's, what do you see that CC is doing well that we didn't particularly do consistently well during CPJ's tenure?

I like his offense as he is working the angles, optioning players, and getting great team execution. I can't say he is doing anything particularly better than CPJ (its not CPJ's offense), except more success when operating out of the gun. There is no doubt he calls a good game and gets more out of the team then the sum of its parts. That's a good coach.
