Looks like the original post is from a fake account. The real account as one "_" and was started in 2013. The troll account has two "__" and was started this month.

I mean, the NCAA SHOULD, but we haven't seen any reason to be hopeful about this yet. We have videos of people being handed money, recorded phone conversations discussing payment, and on and on and on. And crickets from the NCAA.
