Thinking about cancelling an order...$15 for shipping a tee shirt is ridiculous. That charge for shipping didn’t show up till the order went through and as I was declining all the pop up offers.

Edit: I did call to cancel it and they gave me free shipping. I’ll be more careful when using their site in the future. Seems a bit dodgy but at least they made things right when I did call. Be prepared for a long hold time if you ever have to do the same.

Guess who this is? I actually like their number font better. Do we wear gold sleeves with our all whites?

FYI. If you order the blue hoodie from the bookstore it has a funny pattern in the color. I’ll send a pic when I get home. I’m not a fan but I’ll wear it. It fits kinda slim but it’s comfortable. Just not a solid color like the website shows.

I got the long sleeve Navy shirt and it has a funny blue pattern on the sleeve where it says Georgia Tech.

I noticed that at the bookstore. Seems like an odd choice to use a different shade of blue on a blue shirt. Overall, I like the adidas stuff that I’ve seen, but the rollout continues to be disappointing. At the bookstore Saturday they had nothing left except for XXXL and Small in multiple things that I wanted, and a lot of what is available online is not there at all. The adidas stuff is one small corner of the store while the majority of what is there is the same old stuff with all the various shades of gold. So the rebranding is still a work in progress. It seems like with the long lead up there’s no reason this couldn’t have been executed better.

Compare what adidas has to what Russell had: I don't have actual facts to back this up, but it seems to me that there are already roughly as many adidas items as there were Russell items a year ago. More will come, too. There was always more UA gear than Russell, and for some reason there is more Nike gear now than the past.

As for sizes available, do we know if this is a problem because too few items were made, or sales are much stronger than expected? Very different scenarios.

Are you kidding me, that's us to a T. ;) I find it interesting how similar the one I posted is to ours... and both being adidas... Btw, this is Under Armor, which uni is more current and is this just their one off uni?

ND is currently an Under Armour school. The Pinstripe jerseys were just announced as a special alternate for a game at Yankee Stadium.

One other difference (of many) from Russell is that they are planning to roll out stuff throughout the year. Most of us fans are used to the Russell era where the limited rollout of new items happened only once a year.

A good friend of mine works in corporate purchasing for a sporting goods chain, and she said most of their ordering is based on algorithms. They use historical data on what colors, sizes, etc. to order, and then they'll adjust based on sales. They'd rather run out of stuff and reorder than be stuck with inventory.
