For those who are interested, the ACC Road Trip(On the ACC network) will be at GT at 6:00 PM. Roddy Jones and Tom Luginbill will be involved in the discussion. Sorry I am pretty late mentioning this. I just happened to turn on the ACCN.

Couple things I noticed. Looks like Jordan Brown is currently running with the ones at left tackle. That line consisted of Brown, Fusile, Franklin, Rutledge, Williams from left to right.

Also, when the ones were in…the TE on the field was Hawes. Beetham if there were two.

And dang can Haynes dissect a play.

Hopefully MacKenny is giving the tackles a battle for the position as he came on well for a freshman last year.

Looking forward to the progress King’s made after a full season under his belt, just gotta make sure we keep him healthy, our O started humming when we began running him in 2nd half of season. Let him loose against FSU to try to win that one then use his legs sparingly.

His runs open up the whole offense

Adding in recent post practice interviews with faulkner, wienke, pyron - = king did very good for first year

Key is all in on King - to make better ol can improve in straight pass blocking ( clean pocket) , singleton can make more catches and run better routes, with FULL TE room (some really big, some fast, all blocking) we have a lot more plays to find better matchups.

With qb having communications helmet we can send more info to King who loves football. Also, with his knowledge, the scheme will be way more complicated than sideline signals.

At line of scrimage he can check down to many more plays.

We will take what they give us, but if they crowd the run we are going to be agressive.

Reasons, not hype, give us real hope for fun season.

Sure hope King doesn’t get injured this year. Not that FSU has a history of injuring GT QBs (just ask Joe Hamilton…who iirc never was able to finish a game vs FSU).

With the new helmet comms, will there still be signals from the sideline or will we quick huddle and go?

Being real about the guard center guard as pass blockers when defense has beast dt.

At the 2:00 minute mark we snap the ball on the 24. Everyone knows its a must chunk pass play. 4 man rush. Tackles take DE and 3 ol men and rb take the 2 dt. The 2 dt collalse the pocket by 6 yds and the center and left guard block air.

This year in pass situations we will m stop rush up the middle and not lose 3.5 against 2!
