I really look forward to seeing what Branch can do at his natural position in an attacking D. He was pretty good playing inside, but it was obvious (to me, at least) that he couldn't use his speed and flexibility to maximum advantage at DT. I expect good things to happen from moving him outside.

Hopefully he'll be unleashed at DE to terrorize opposing QBs. He has great size for a DE at 270.

I think Gathers did it in only three years. He had to give up his last year of football for medical reasons.

He has shown that he can be legit despite a lack of size on the inside and I'm sure he can hold the edge. Expect him to make some noise, this is a guy who could end up in the league one day if given the opportunity/gains the weight.
