Last year's 5-win season was extra disappointing when Tech wasn't ranked high enough to qualify, thus stamping a non bowl season on Tech's "permanent record" so to speak, which the CPJ-haters love to cite every day.
Can you list how many 5-win teams made it to bowls the past several years since they added the APR provision?

Can you list how many 5-win teams made it to bowls the past several years since they added the APR provision?
Last year (for the 1st time in awhile), there were enough 6-win teams to fill bowl schedule. APR did not come into play in 2017.

Apparently, the PAC12 won't allow any 5-win teams from the conference to go to a bowl. I assume that's the only conference that's passed such a restriction. ??
