Was not that way during the 90’s. Actually had confidence and was accustomed to winning.

Consistently poor shooting team though especially from 3 point land and free throws.

Hopefully the Jackets can continue to get better. Need a stronger and faster front 7 on defense - that was the difference. Credit to the Jackets for fighting until the end.

Money- should have went after a big time proven winning coach instead of Gregory then Pastner. Now we have a guy who has no experience with big time college basketball. All we can do is hope gold is struck this time around.

Other things that hurt were leaving the SEC, pro sports coming to Atlanta, and letting the basketball program slip into irrelevance.

To me one of the biggest things Tech needs to improve is their out of conference record. Cremins led GT to many post seasons with around a .500 conference record. Of course ACC was a real gauntlet in those days.
