  1. Miami Postgame

GT fans, that was a tough one to lose. I was at my sons wedding rehearsal dinner and didn’t get to watch it. Saw the game summary and a few highlights. We have been very fortunate to win the last two games on last plays. Love the fight to the end but if we don’t get it going these finishes...
  2. Miami fans are bad

I never lived in Miami but I did pastor twenty years in S Florida. I loved it! Loved the diversity of culture and endless ppportunity to witness. Only 15% of people attend church on weekends. Great mission field without any influence of the Bible Belt culture. Are you a pastor?
  3. Miami fans are bad

No, actually Vero Beach. About two hours north on the east coast.
  4. Miami fans are bad

I get it. We have everything from pro sport fans from the northeast to lower income blue collar Miami residents who have never spent a day in a college classroom. When Miami began to dally gel back in the 80’s they attracted every kind of person that a diverse international city can produce...
  5. HERE COMES MIAMI!!!!!!!

Miami is just trying to get their fare share of talent from S Florida. The past 15 years or so, we lost the edge. We just need to get the kids we need. Even in the glory years, FSU generally outrecruited is every year. That isn’t what gave Miami the edge. We always went after the players that...
  6. Miami fans are bad

Richt has notheing to do with the player that made that statement. I don’t think he meant to knock someone out by injuring them as much as hitting them so many times that they can’t come back in. The difference is, one is focused on injuring an opponent where the other is focused on getting...
  7. Miami fans are bad

    Great post!
  8. Miami fans are bad

Not a fan of thugs and neither is Miami a thug school. You sound ignorant when you make such blanket statements. I’m actually a pastor who loves the Canes. There actually people just as stable as your fans who love Miami.
  9. Miami fans are bad

Cheating years? C’mon man. How did those teams cheat? They didn’t earn their victories and championships? Sorry that you can’t give credit where credit is do.
  10. Miami fans are bad

I absolutely believe GT could flat out beat us if we cannot stop their run game in the red zone. There, does that satisfy you curiosity? Of course there are scenarios where we just get beat.
  11. Miami fans are bad

Just enjoy college football and having discussion with reasonable fans from other teams.
  12. Miami fans are bad

LOL, in the last 12 years while Miami had some athletes they never played as a complete team and they lacked the mental toughness to fight through adversity and win close games. Not to mention the lack of game day coaching intelligence to adjust and win. So it amazes me that we have a 6-1 record...
  13. HERE COMES MIAMI!!!!!!!

My goodness, yes Miami can become a perennial power again. They are already out producing other schools with nfl players. In the past two years Miami has put 9 and 7 players in the league. FSU, who out recruits Miami 90% of the time put 4 and 4 in the same two year span. I keep saying this...
  14. Miami fans are bad

If you have more points then you beat Miami. Period. But that doesn’t mean your the better team. When you look at the factors entering this game it leans heavy toward a GT win even though Miami’s like 6-1 against Georgia since 2010. But if you win the game, you obviously beat us on that given day.
  15. Miami fans are bad

If anybody is drinking koolaide it’s you. No one, and I mean no one ranks Georgia ahead of Florida in recruiting. Georgia is like 4th in the rankings behind Texas, California and Florida.
  16. Miami fans are bad

Of course you can win this game. Especially with all the factors working against Miami at this time.
  17. Miami fans are bad

My point is, northeast fans are not college fans first, they are pro sport fans. At least the SEC influence in Atlanta still feeds college football.
  18. Miami fans are bad

Please tell me your not comparing the recruiting bed of S Florida to Georgia.
  19. HERE COMES MIAMI!!!!!!!

I guess you would have to watch the first 30/30 on Miami. So many of theses boys came up in difficult neighborhoods of Miami. But one of the good things that came out of these areas was the youth football program. It gave these kids an out from the drugs and gangs. Because these kids came from...
