I wore my GT adidas Tshirt to Publix the AM after the UNC game. I’ve worn that shirt like 50 times and gotten maybe 10 comments ever . At least a dozen people said something to me.
My father in law lives in Massachusetts and doesn’t follow college sports closely; I took him to his one and only...
2000 with Goose was my first ever GT game. My uncle and cousins (all dawgs) took me and I sat in white/gold amongst a see of red/black. They all told me I’d be a dawg fan by the end of the day. I was 13.
Anyway we were up 21-3 at half. My uncle left late in the 2nd quarter to go cuss at Donnan...
Seems right to me; about like the Clemson game. They’ll control it but we’ll probably throw 1-2 in late to bring the final score into the 20s
Georgia is 5-6 ATS this year; we are 6-5
For the love of God, please quit farming out our marquee home games seats from BDS. Having ND Clemson or FSU on the docket makes season tickets a lot more appealing. Also, you want to create lasting memories in your stadium to keep fans coming back; I’ll never for the life of me understand why...
To build the fanbase you need to convert those in the North Endzone to longerterm season ticket holders. It will take time, but the big home wins will help push the needle in the other direction.
We only had one true corner on the field the entire game. CPL slotted at one corner. Played a 4-3 with a safety always in the box. Cover 3 coverage.
Strategy was pretty sound. It was good game for our LB whom are bigger and struggle in space. They could just come downhill.
If I’m Smart, I’m keeping two safeties deep to control the vertical threat, having my big *** corners man handle our small WRs, letting my linebackers control the run, and getting to King by only rushing 4 every play.
D was impressive. We came in with a unique gameplan (playing 1 CB) executed well. Safeties/LBs played physical ln those WR screens, and we didn’t give up any back breaking runs. 44 and 4 had their best games as yellow jackets.
