Historically these types of games (GT as a home underdog) tend to go under the Vegas total (was at 57 the last time I checked).
Regardless, I don't see us putting up points in the 30s. All comes down to whether or not we can limit possessions.

The defensive 2-point conversion rule went into effect in 1988, but I can't find any obvious references to GT being the first team to score in this manner.

Here's the problem with this whole "beating Top 25 teams" emphasis - we could beat both Clemson and UGA and render them both unranked (assuming UGA loses to Auburn). Then what?

Benedictine is a local high school. They are only Class A I think but have a rabid following due to all the alumni in the area.
I would love it, but I'm biased because I live in the Savannah area! :)
That being said, trying to get the city council of Savannah to do ANYTHING progressive whatsoever is a challenge in itself. City politics are a huge mess here. Savannah is probably going to lose its minor league baseball...
Don't get back to campus much these days, but Auburn '03 was epic. Nobody, and I mean nobody expected us to win that game. You could feel the electricity in the stadium as the clock started ticking down in the 4th quarter.....one of those "oh my God we're actually going to do it" type...
