There is no way in hell JT ever ran a true 4.21. That's obviously hand timed so it doesn't mean much. And he's not going to run a 4.3 at the combine. He's not and never has been that fast.
How are we rating guys who we've never seen take a snap above the high school level with 9s and 10s out of 10? That seems a little ridiculous to me. Can we pump the breaks here a little bit?
I think some of you guys have your gold-colored glasses on. Godsey was generally thought of as one of the worst offensive coordinators in the NFL from what I've seen. He'll probably get a job as a QB coach somewhere but I'd be very surprised if he got another coordinator position right away.
I could get behind this sentiment if nearly all of our jerseys for every sport didn't look like they were designed by a mediocre 1st or 2nd year graphic design student. I mean most of them are just bad. The baseball jerseys in particular are god awful.
Lol come on. AAA baseball teams as a whole have much better players than those in college baseball. You could probably say the same for AA. The overwhelming majority of college baseball players never see success or time outside of the lowest level of the minor leagues. If they even get that far.
I remember the 49ers using the "waived/injured" designation on him which automatically puts you in the IR list once you clear waivers which he did. What I missed was that Smelter managed to reach an injury settlement with the team so he became a free agent. Once the settlement time was up he...
I'm not surprised he transferred. I figured one of the younger wide receivers would. That's a full talented depth chart and not many of those guys are going to graduate in the next year or two. Good luck to him.
You guys don't seem to be too excited about it but I would love for it to be the Pinstripe Bowl. It's the only one I have a realistic chance of going to.
If you guys knew anything about the 49ers you would know that Chip Kelly is not the reason they are 1-9. He inherited a roster that is complete dog ****. There is almost no talent nor depth, particularly on the offensive side of the ball. That falls completely at the feet of the GM Trent...
That's because Paul Johnson has a track record of putting productive offenses on the field for about 30 years. 20 of those as a head coach. Roof's been mediocre just about everywhere he's been. There's a reason one gets the benefit of the doubt and the other doesn't and it's pretty clear why...
I had a pretty good idea of what you meant. I just think it's a lazy and overly simplistic way to frame things and a whole lot of people.
But for the record my girlfriend has gotten me into Cherry Garcia recently. Big fan.
Said every generation about the one that's coming after it.
It's not like players transferring for playing time has been around for decades or anything. Nah, must be all those entitled young people.
