I think that Coach K has avoided as much of the AAU circuit as he can. I think that is the reason Duke swooned about half a decade ago. He wouldn't play ball with those coaches. Of all the coaches, he's probably pretty clean in this one. Of course, that is only my speculation. I could be wrong.

Where did you find that game???? The person that digitized, decommercialled, and uploaded that game MUST be talented, intelligent, handsome, virile... My favorite part of that game was "The Laskey"... They couldn't stop him, and when they stacked up for the dive, we punched it outside... It...

This is an excellent point. Most folks were really impressed with their win over Duke. They really haven’t played anyone yet. They are about to get hit in the mouth... hard. If the FSU defense that shows up is the same one that showed up against Bama, they’re going to be tenderized for us...

That was my response as well. My first reaction was "when cut blocks go wrong..."

There was one play where Clemson blatantly cut (nothing illegal) on an option play, but the VT DL (can't remember... Guard, maybe) got off it quick and flooded into the backfield to kill the play. Ended up being a HUGE yardage loss.

Clemson will be a whole 'nuther nut to crack. They can be beaten, but when they put that DE out in coverage and he can keep up with the WRs etc... that's just spooky good athleticism. I'm sure coach will have a new wrinkle for them.

The schedule ahead looks nasty, but if we can: - have "bad" games and still put up video games numbers on offense - defense keep us in games and shut down opponents while the offense is getting it's legs - WIN and not be satisfied with "good" This could be a great season. Still a lot to do...

Qua earned himself a couple BUCKEYEs during the game. He had another block critical to Bensons TD as well. Dude was all over the field.
