Agree that some imbalance always existed. A primarily STEM based school with a small enrollment compared to a larger state school whose mission is educating kids beyond the HS level will always have imbalance. This notion though, of it not being about the school but just the team or player...

To be fair they took a widely differing set of approaches to gets there.
