He didn't play much at all the rest of the game. Did he get hurt in that game or did he say "I'm out and don't want to play for GT anymore. Don't put me in?" If it's the latter, then I'm really okay with him looking for better opportunities elsewhere. In my book you never give up on your team.

He did have a history of doing that at Oregon State, iirc. Like, he added a beer garden to the stadium. But none of that here for some reason. Dunno why.

Maybe we demote CGC to DC and hire a new head coach if next year isn't better. Since we are still paying him to coach then he'd have to quit if he didn't want to do that (and it frees us up from the contract if he quits...) It basically means we get a DC for free since we'd have to pay CGC...

I guess at some point most everyone will have taken a ride on the Portal Carousel and be 'stuck' with their new commitments. Maybe this will slow down a bit then...until then it's way worse than professional where they at least have to honor their initial contracts.
