Fact #1…none of us have any idea how this agreement is structured. Does its payout depend in any way on performance or longevity on the team? What happens with injuries? Suppose the kid flunks out? (Not AT ALL saying that’s likely, but you get the point). What if he hangs on but underperforms...

Sure hope King doesn’t get injured this year. Not that FSU has a history of injuring GT QBs (just ask Joe Hamilton…who iirc never was able to finish a game vs FSU).

I may not be fond of selling home games to increase revenues…but it’s a business and revenues matter. A LOT! This is a case where I think we need to temporarily put aside our personal feelings for the betterment of the program. If the added revenue from MBS and Ireland games helps us rebuild...

Unlike TFG, I bear no ill will towards Thacker. I wish him the best. I think TFG threw him in the deep end and have him no help. He got screwed like many others by TFG’s decisions.
