ACC is generally the last P5 to release the following season’s schedule. Usually in February although last year they go it out on Jan 28th.

Absolutely agree. If we weren’t gonna hire Monken in 2018 then this is what we should have done. The theory of needing to run something different than the other guys still applies regardless if the majority of the fanbase had soured on the option.

We could pull off a miracle and still potentially see them hoist the trophy. And we’d still have fewer wins in 3 seasons than they did this regular season. It would buy him some good will for about 9 months until he finds a way to lose to Western Carolina.

Read a story several years back where he said a lot of his philosophy was based on HS kickers/punters being unreliable. I imagine his strategy is tweaked these days with better specialists (presumably) at his disposal.

Meh I don’t like evening road games. Crowds are always more of a factor at night. Prefer evening home games and road nooners. Not to mention the primetime slot kind of loses its luster when nobody outside of the ACC is gonna care about the matchup.
