I couldn't agree more. I get punishing a team for a bad loss, but it should be neutral for a win if it is a lower ranked rpi team. We run ruled Youngston State all FOUR games. That's absurd that we get punished for that. Ok...no rpi bump...I get that but to get punished for beating a lower...

This is EXACTLY why I can't stand RPI Strength of schedule outweighs winning/losing which isn't right You shouldn't get punished for a win. Now losing is a completely different story to a bad team.

I think most are hoping for a bid but you are right that the energy is just flat gone from this program. The wear and tear of the coaching discussion just has sucked the life out of the fans in general...imo

I think its important for FSU or Duke to win ACC and especially Duke since we took the series from them.

I think we do scratch out a bid but getting run ruled today and going 0-2 in acc tournament just flat has taken everything out of me. If we do actually get a regional bid, I have no doubts we will be two and done. There is just no life in this program.... Lots of talent but little direction...

I couldn’t agree any more with this post. Go .500 or better in the acc or sec in what are considered the two best baseball conferences, you should be in (not necessarily a lock but definitely be considered first over teams under .500 in their conference).
