I have YouTube TV for $72.99 and T-Mobile home internet for $50. I hate cable companies and consider AT&T's billing practices to be faudulent based on my experience with them and during their ownership of DirecTV.

Alabama installed Northbridge bermuda grass last year and the players are reported to love it. The old turf was ripped out after their spring game and the new grass installed in July. It would not surprise me at all to see Batt do something similar.

a civil case is essentially a dispute between private parties, doesn't need a crime to have been committed. I would think evidence of dereliction of duties in favor of nepotism could help return a ruling in your favor, depending on the strength of the evidence and the skills of the presenting...

This is not a criminal case.

I'm no legal beagle but I don't think nepotism can be construed as customary and accepted practice in any contract negotiations.

I don't see how ND has anything to do with FSU's case against the ACC myself.

I get pissed reading how Swofford supposedly screwed the ACC regarding Raycom and his son. I tend to believe there is some truth in their claim but I don't think it can be proven and if it has any bearing in their case.

When you say "streaming devices out there aren't powerful enough to transcode 4 streams simultaneously", is this merely a function of internet speed or are there other factors involved? If speed related, do you have an idea of what speed would be required?
