It seems that some people above don't like this move. Given where we are at (late September) i do not see how this can be viewed in a negative manner. I think doing nothing is, by far, the worst move a manager can make when things are this far in the ditch.

As you have chased your kids around in both types of jerseys/materials, do you notice any difference in your ability to actually catch and contain them? Apparently both fabrics seem to have a certain "slipperiness" about them that makes it easy for someone being pursued to avoid being caught...

FWIW, I thought the catch by the BG WR for a TD in the first half was the best catch I have ever seen by a WR not wearing a gold #21 jersey. That was Sports Center worthy.

You somehow overlooked the LB's and I can see how/why you would. While you see occasional plays from the DB's or DL, the LB corps this year is invisible during the game. In fact the broadcaster, whose name I don't recall, was very candid in his assessment of their play (or lack thereof) at times.

Possibly but i said it in another thread. Singleton (imo) looked like the only guy on our squad who was better than his counterpart on the BG squad. Of course i will not be looking at film to prove/disprove my accusation. I do think their RB would be a huge addition for us.

I don't know what to think about this game. It did NOT in any way whatsoever appear that we were the better team. I think that is true for the players AND the coaching staff. Sometimes you lose games and you think wtf just happened???. Not this one as we had our asses handed to us all game long...
