I agree. For all the big talk about a refocus on football and injecting resources - keeping CBK would feel like a step backward to most fans/the entire college football universe - even if he was the correct choice.

If we're talking retreads, I would take Malzahn all day long. Keeps the option dorks occupied but know how's to make a P5 program hum. Not sure how motivated he is after the boatload of auburn cash in his bank following buyouts
