back in 2016, we ran the exact same schedule. Practiced Wednesday mid day. Flew Wednesday overnight, practiced at Aviva after landing. Had Thursday afternoon and Friday off with meetings at night. Everyone felt fine by Saturday. 5hr time change is not bad.
