Brown must have said something during one of the pressers that somehow got twisted into reading that Pitt wasn’t tough or physical and Narduzzi made it poster board material to ignite the team.
Any news on a potential injury? My first thought was he broke his collarbone again but I pray not. We need Pyron badly and he gives his heart and soul every time he gets on the field. I’d kill to have 100 Pyrons playing for GT. If every player on the team gave the effort he gives on every play...
Stockton impresses me with how open he usually is when he gets thrown the ball. Rutherford gets little to no separation, and Singleton has yet to adjust to running a route thats not a screen or streak. To me that’s what puts our wide receivers behind the 8 ball is that they don’t run a route...
I was at that game and remember being very upset that Gibson got the nod that game. I felt like we turned to Pyron too late in the game, but was very happy when we finally decided to put him in. I felt like Wes Durham when Charlie recovered that fumble at the goaline, Go Charlie, run Charlie...
Hang onto the ball, stop the run, and force Drones to air it out. That's how you beat VT.
I know, I know, but if Castellanos wasn't a walking turnover machine last night that game looks very different.
I heard a scenario that was hilariously wild and formed only to make people’s brain turn to mush but I loved it and wanted to share it here. Imagine both Army and Navy beat ND (again not probable but stay with me). Then, they finish the season 11-0 and play each other in the AAC championship...
I get it. We need money and this is a guaranteed way to get it. I understand the financials behind the decision and I'm glad ADJB was able to leverage his way into (hopefully) better seating for season ticket holders and making the contract all-around better for Tech. HOWEVER, why this game? Why...
It would be quite a shame not to send a full band and cheer squad to the ugag game…it’s part of the pageantry of college football and helps bring the boys juice to the biggest game of the year.
Sorry if this has been brought up in another thread, but where was the band yesterday? One of the things I really enjoy is hearing our band being loud and proud at another team's stadium.
All the former GT players/coaches played a part in helping us win yesterday. That was Marcus Allen just playing his part just like McCollum and Scooter did.
Kinda looked like when Tomlin “accidentally” blocked the Baltimore receiver from running back the kickoff for a TD. Kirby “wasn’t” looking but he was actually looking and knew what he was doing. How dare such a terrible team have such success against Kirby’s “vaunted” defense
Van De Berg had worked himself into having a huge game if he hadn’t been held almost every time he broke through the UNC line. Dude was pushing their guards and center deep into the pocket all game long despite getting held
I don’t think it was the coaches not giving Pyron an open playbook at all. Each team comes into a game with a certain number of plays they have practiced each week. Each week has shown Pyron has a specific package tailored for him and I’m sure that’s what he spends his week practicing. I doubt...
