Yes. Cubaj covered for Hermosa’s shortcomings. She has always tended to reach up for rebounds without jumping, and her hands aren’t strong enough to hold onto the ball. She has a nice soft touch when she shoots, but she can’t seem to get open shots since Lorela graduated.
In the 70’s, at least, even engineering majors took “Crocks” as an elective their senior years to get the hours to graduate. The word was that if you turned your term paper in with a blue binder, you got an ‘A’. Worked for me.

I agree. And I don’t think he/she needs to have coached or played football either, but needs to have been an AD or Asst AD at a school where winning football is important...not necessarily P5 or even FBS, either.
