None of these teams expands the current TV footprint. If the ACC does feel the need to add a team from the G5 conferences, perhaps Temple is a better fit. Temple adds the Philadelphia TV market. Expansion in the future is going to be all about future TV contracts.

I was at the game Saturday. Clayton had his right foot to middle of the calf in a cast/ walking boot and in a plastic bag. He was moving around the sideline pumping guys up and kept hobbling onto the field with the team during time outs.

The turf change reminds me of something a Phillies outfielder said when he found out the old Veteran’s Stadium was going to have turf: If a horse can’t eat it, I won’t play on it.
