Punts are being counted, they should also go into the denominator. I was apparently having a brain fart when I wrote the formula out in this post. No, those drive would NOT be accounted for, as they don't "end" in any of the ways I am tracking in the denominator.

Do you pull drives ending with the half or the game? Also, where do you get your raw data if you don't mind me asking.

He mentions points per possession as being a meaningful stat he looks at. I can't see to find this listed anywhere. Anyone know where to find it?
