"Relatively high level"... Relative to what? This is for an entire year. The number 4 wr in his class before his injuries had 337 total yards. Injuries can derail an athlete's career. Not crapping on the kid cause he could not control this. Original point is that I hope our injured guys can...
Blaylock was the 4th ranked WR coming out of HS. His speed and agility has taken a huge hit because of the injuries. Someone with his talent was not supposed to be the 4th best on our team. That is the point of this convo. I'm glad he was able to contribute for us but you have proven the point.
On offense, our biggest jump will come from a running mate for Singleton Jr. to help stretch the field and/or a good possession TE. Right now teams can just key in on Singleton Jr. a d we become a lot less explosive.
I totally understand. Question is, if we got Chadwell, would we have King? If not, what QB could he have attracted. I know some are hot and heavy on Pyron, but there's a reason he's not the starter here YET.
Glad they questioned why we run Biggers off on 3rd downs if he's so effective at executing his one-on-one's. Sad that coach didn't address it. It happened over and over again on Saturday. Biggers was a beast, then headed to the bench when it counted.
I don't think the growing pains of a new staff is worse than the pain of a Collins-led team, and yet we still beat UNC. I believe we beat UNC yet again.
The value of the offer is set by the market, not opinion. There are other schools with openings and others who have filled theirs. Contract info is public info for public schools. GT has to be competitive to hire a good candidate.
