@Longestday, I would never have thought about it without your commentary, but it made me think. On the 1st play when the Mike was closer to the line of scrimmage, he was taking dive, and the DE was taking QB. When the DE was taking dive, the Mike was back deep. It would be interesting to see if that correlation continued.

Definitely looked to me like Vad missed the read on the play we ended up scoring on. If their DE hadn't missed the tackle that play would have been blown up at the LOS.

The view from the side may not show the hesitation of the DE. Perhaps Vad was reading the hesitation.
