[figcap]Georgia Tech: The 2014 ACC Coastal Division Champions![/figcap][/float_left]ATLANTA, GA - After upsetting the Clemson Tigers at Bobby Dodd Stadium last week and finishing ACC play with a 6-2 conference record, Georgia Tech clinched the ACC Coastal title on Thursday night when Carolina handed Duke its third ACC loss of the season.
For the third time since head coach Paul Johnson was hired in 2008, Georgia Tech will represent the Coastal division in the ACC Championship Game. Tech will face ACC Atlantic Champion Florida State Seminoles, a team that has been undefeated since their win against Georgia Tech in the 2012 ACC Championship game.
The Dr. Pepper ACC Football Championship Game will be played on December 6 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC. Kickoff will be at 8 PM ET.
