They started out for two years as D-III (91-92) then moved to D-IAA (93-95) before moving to FBS. Then they disbanded (2015) the team before bringing it back (2017).

No. You can't just "present correctly" and buy your way into spending designated gifts for non-designated purposes. The herculean effort it would require to track down donors, many anonymous, and get them to sign legal documents allowing a re-designation would probably cost more than it's...
All of this completely ignores the fact that these funds were donated as designated gifts for the purpose of this renovation, which means they can't legally be used for anything else...
In the Augusta area it's easy. Spring break is always Masters Week, even for the state universities here. No one in their right mind tries to go anywhere in town that week....
ESPN gets 5 Notre Dame games a year when they play ACC opponents. That drives our TV value up. While it's a unique arrangement, it works in our favor as we can guarantee ESPN those games on a yearly basis.
Haynes Kings rushing attempts per game were pretty similar all season long. I don't think the issue was how often Buster was sending him but rather how successful those runs were.
